Refund Policy

Organo Mills items are non-returnable; these products and services cannot be claimed under this refund/return policy. In the case of a product defect, you can request a replacement or return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Your item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Upon receiving your item, we will inspect it and notify you of its arrival. We will promptly update you on the status of your refund after examining the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. The time it takes to receive the credit depends on your card issuer's policies.

The customer can return the product within 2 to 3 days after receiving the product.

Refund will be credited to customers account within 7 to 10 working days through original payment method.

The product will be delivered in 7 to 10 working days

If a replacement is requested, the replaced product will be delivered within 4 to 8 days.

Shipping

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item. Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
